Category legacy released

The first version of the categoryi_legacy module is now available as part of the category package. The module is still buggy, and still lacks a huge amount of the functionality that it will ultimately have - but it works!

Category_legacy will eventually allow taxonomy data to be imported as category data, and vice versa; and it will allow the same for book data. So far, only taxonomy import (i.e. taxonomy to category) is available.

Already, category_legacy provides its own hooks that allow other (category) modules to define different actions that will occur at various stages of the import process. This means that modules like category_menu and category_display can let you append extra fields to your taxonomy data, when you import it into the category system.

This is only phase 1 of category_legacy's development: stay tuned for the next 3 phases - at least!
