Category module site launched
Today marked the launch of this brand new, shiny 'n' twinkly site for the categoryi module. The site hasn't exactly got much on it in the way of content as yet, but more and more will be added in the very near future.
The site is running on the latest CVS version of Drupal (almost 4.7), as well as the newest version of the category module, and the bundled taxonomy wrapperi module. I was able to get the site up and running with next to no hacking of core Drupal code, which is itself a testament to the strength of the category module. The theme is one that I lovingly designed myself: I decided to call it 'sunrise_scrabble', because of the header image, where the word 'category' is spelled out using scrabble pieces, and a striking orange sun is rising in the background. I think the theme has a kind of 'Arabian desert' feel to it - I really like how it's turned out. It certainly makes for a unique-looking Drupal site.
Anyone is able to register, and to start adding posts such as user documentation to this site. Content is currently being placed in moderation before being published, so any evil posts saying things like deth to kategory or taxonomy N book 4 EvA dude will be torn up and incinerated (in the true spirit of freedom of expression, naturally). So if you've managed to become an all-round expert in the category module (since its release 3 weeks ago), feel free to grab yourself an account, and to start churning out mountains of documentation right away.
