Remote authentication fixed

I've been noticing in the admin logs lately that a lot of users have been attempting to log in using their drupal.org IDs, and seem to have been unsuccessful in doing this. I checked the settings for the Drupal module on this site, and discovered that there is a new setting that allows the authentication service to be switched on or off. For some reason, it was set to 'off'. Remote authentication has now been re-enabled.

Upgraded to CVS again

The site's codebase has once again been updated to the latest Drupal CVS snapshot. This upgrade was performed after admin logs were showing up one particular error repeatedly, for many different users. Now that the upgrade has been performed, users should no longer be experiencing this error.

Please report all problems

The admin logs for the demo site are frequently showing up a number of (database) errors relating to the categoryi module. The cause of these errors is as yet unknown. Anyone who encounters any errors while using the demo site is strongly encouraged to report them. Please describe the steps that led up to the error occurring in as much detail as you can, as this will increase the likelihood of the bug responsible being found and squashed.

Registration disabled on demo site

Due to technical problems associated with the content resetting, user registration has been disabled on the demo site. Users can still register on this site, and as before their account will carry over to the demo site. Login and password reset pages are still accessible on both sites.

Users who have registered before now may experience login problems, as a result of some new users registering on the demo site. Any users experiencing problems logging in should reset their password immediately.
