Site codebase upgraded

The site's codebase (which is the same shared codebase used for the demo site) has been upgraded to the latest Drupal CVS snapshot. This fixes a number of important bugs that were popping up on the site, and also introduces the brand-new resizable textarea functionality. What's more, a few problems on the demo site have been fixed, including the absence of collapsible fieldsets.
The upgrade appears to have gone smoothly, and I haven't noticed the disappearance of any site-specific tweaks (which is good). If anyone spots any problems, however, please report them.
I'm not planning to upgrade the site again until Drupal 4.7.0 is released, and hopefully this will be soon.
