Category 1.1 released for Drupal 5 and 4.7

I am pleased to announce that version 1.1 of the categoryi module is now available. This is a maintenance release that fixes a number of non-critical bugs in the category and related modules. There is no new functionality in this release. The release is available both for Drupal 5 and for Drupal 4.7.
You can download this new release on the category module project page on drupal.org.

Question, I have Drupal 5.0 + categoryi-5.x-1.0 installed, and finally about an hour ago have my forums fixed up. What would be the best practice to upgrade this module (without using ssh)?
